Privacy policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Woesj respects your privacy. Here you can read, in plain language, what data I collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible?
Ara Arakelyan, trading as Woesj, Leeuwerikstraat 14 bus B, 9620 Zottegem, Belgium. Enterprise number 1044.189.360. Email: [email protected].
What data do I collect?
Only what you fill in on the contact form, or send me by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, your business name, your phone number and/or email, the link to your website or Facebook page and your message.
Why do I use it?
To answer your request and, if you want, build a free preview of your website. If you become a client, I also use it to build, maintain and invoice your website.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep invoicing data because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).
How long do I keep it?
No collaboration? Then I delete your data after 12 months. Become a client? Then I keep it for as long as we work together, and invoices for as long as accounting law requires.
Who do I share it with?
I never sell your data and don’t use it for advertising. The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to my mailbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). These providers only process data on my behalf, and may do so outside the European Union.
Cookies and storage
This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice locally on your device (localStorage). That information is not sent to me. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not from Google.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data. You can also object, restrict processing or ask for a copy of your data to take with you. Just email [email protected].
Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
